柚子塩らーめん
爽やかな柚子の香りが広がる、鶏と魚介の旨味たっぷりのスープ。さっぱりしながらも奥深い味わいは、まさにAFURIの看板メニュー。お店の味を、自宅で手軽に楽しめます。

柚子醤油らーめん
香り高い柚子の爽やかさと、まろやかでコクのある醤油スープが絶妙に溶け合った一杯。
ひと口ごとに旨味が重なり、食べ進めるほどに味わいの奥行きを感じられます 。

柚子辣湯麺
豆板醤と赤唐辛子による刺激的な辛味に、AFURIならではの柚子の香りと酸味を加えた、やみつき必至の一杯。

【麺】
力強い弾力と粘り、茹で伸び耐性のある小麦粉をベースに、粒度の異なる2種類の全粒粉を使用した極細麺。
何度も試作を重ねた上で完成した、他では真似できない独自の配合を施した特別な乾麺です。 　

【スープ】
化学調味料を使わず、鶏ガラや香味野菜、昆布や煮干しなどの厳選された食材のみを贅沢に使い、素材の「ちから」を最大限に引き出しました。良質な素材が幾重にも織りなす深い味わいのスープをお楽しみください。

【かやく】
細かくカットされた国産柚子皮を使用。
「AFURIといえば柚子」というくらい大切な食材の1つ。
粒度や一杯に対する量感にもこだわりました。

▼美味しいらーめんの作り方
①鍋にたっぷりの水を入れて火にかけ、沸騰したら麺を入れ、お好みのかたさに茹でてください。（途中、お箸でほぐしてください）
かため：2分／基本：2分30秒

②丼に付属のスープを入れ、沸騰したお湯を270ml注ぎ、よく混ぜておきます。

③麺が茹であがりましたら、ザルなどで湯切りし、丼に盛り付け、仕上げに柚子皮をトッピングしてお召し上がりください。

★お好みでチャーシューや煮玉子、水菜、海苔などを加えると、より美味しくお召し上がりいただけます！

Yuzu Shio Ramen
AFURI’s iconic dish. A clear chicken and seafood-based broth enhanced with the bright aroma of Japanese yuzu. Light yet deeply flavorful – the true signature of AFURI.

Yuzu Shoyu Ramen
A harmonious blend of mellow soy sauce and the fresh fragrance of yuzu. Each sip reveals layers of umami and depth.

Yuzu Ratanmen
A bold and addictive bowl combining the spiciness of doubanjiang and red chili with AFURI’s signature citrusy yuzu aroma and tang.

Noodles
Thin, firm noodles made with two types of whole wheat flour for excellent bite and resistance to overcooking. Specially crafted after numerous trials to deliver AFURI’s one-of-a-kind texture.

Soup
No artificial seasonings. Only carefully selected ingredients such as chicken bones, aromatic vegetables, kelp, and dried fish are used to create a soup rich in natural umami.

Toppings
Finely cut domestic yuzu peel – one of AFURI’s defining ingredients – adds a fragrant and refreshing finishing touch.

Storage Instructions
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Please consume promptly after opening, regardless of the expiration date.

Cooking Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the noodles, and cook to your desired firmness (loosen the noodles with chopsticks as they cook).

• Firm: 2 minutes / Standard: 2 minutes 30 seconds

2. While the noodles are cooking, mix the included soup packet with 270ml of boiling water in a bowl.
3. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and place them in the bowl with the soup. Garnish with the included yuzu peel and enjoy!
   Optional: Add chashu pork, boiled eggs, mizuna greens, or seaweed for an even richer experience!
