The contents are exactly the same as the New Year's Eve ramen, except that it does not come with yuzu salt ozōni.
This soy sauce ramen is flavored with rich duck oil and garnished with roasted duck meat and grilled spring onions. You can choose your noodles from extra-thin noodles with whole wheat flour, extra-thin noodles with Japanese pepper, or a mix (2 servings each). The staff recommends the Japanese pepper noodles. The combination of the duck aroma, sharp soy sauce, and the refreshing taste of the Japanese pepper noodles will make you feel like you're eating soba noodles.
In addition to the ingredients that come with it, it goes well with spices such as green onions, mitsuba, and parsley.
This drink is simply delicious, without any logic to it.

The ingredient is roast duck, which is carefully prepared duck meat seasoned only with seaweed salt and black pepper, and then grilled and vacuum-cooked at low temperature.
This is a product that cannot be purchased in stores and is only available through mail order.
