Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or boiled eggs), you can create a bowl of ramen that is just as good as the one you get at the restaurant! If you even match the ramen bowl to the restaurant's version, it will be an AFURI experience. Try it with confidence.

Due to the specifications of AmazonPay, the [Shipping Address] in the order confirmation email may be the same as the [Billing Address].
If the sender and recipient information are different, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please enter the orderer's information in the comments section.

No problem. After you enter your shipping address on the shopping cart screen, we recommend that you check "Different from shipping address" in the order information section and then enter your shipping address.

Please be assured that no detailed invoice or delivery note showing the price will be included with the product, even if you are purchasing it as a gift.

You cannot collect the item at any AFURI store. We will ship the item to your specified address by courier (refrigerated).

If you are using a mobile carrier email address, you may not receive emails from us due to spam filters or settings to block emails sent from computers. Please set your email address to receive emails from the [@afuri.com] domain.

You can make changes on your My Account page.

We will provide simple "Noshi" (wrapping of the gift tag inside the gift tag) for gifts. If you wish to have the gift tag inscribed, please write your preference for the "name of the sender" and the "type of tag" in the comments section when placing your order.
