This is a dream kit that lets you easily make AFURI Seasoned Eggs at home.
Seasoned eggs We have included one zip bag of sauce so that you can cook 5 eggs. You can use eggs on sale at the supermarket, or special eggs where the yolk can be picked up with chopsticks. Whatever kind of eggs you use, we will turn them into AFURI seasoned eggs.
Combined with the ramen and tsukemen meal kits (sold separately), this magical item will take you one step closer to "perfectly recreating AFURI at home." Please give it a try.

AFURI's ramen and tsukemen contain no artificial seasonings, synthetic colorings, or preservatives.
▼How to make seasoned eggs (delicious recipe included)
1. Thaw the sauce pack under running water (it's quicker if you knead it).
2) Place 5 raw eggs in a pot and add enough water to cover the eggs.
3. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for 6.5 to 7 minutes.
④After 7 minutes, discard the hot water and immediately cool under running water.
⑤ Peel the egg shells.
⑥ Gently place the boiled eggs into the sauce packet, which has been thawed in advance.
7. Zip it up tightly, store it upright in the refrigerator, and let it sit for 24 hours and it's done!
▼Tips for making the shell easier to peel: 1. Before boiling, poke a hole in the bottom of the egg (the gently curved side) with a thumbtack or pin.
After boiling, cool quickly using ice water.

We deliver the noodles, soup, and ingredients used in our restaurant, so you can easily enjoy the taste of our restaurant in the comfort of your own home.
This information was written in the instruction manual included with the product, but since we have received many questions about this, we have also included it on the pages of each major product. Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or boiled eggs), you can create a bowl of ramen that is just as good as the one you get at the restaurant! If you even match the ramen bowl to the restaurant's version, it will be an AFURI experience. Try it with confidence.
