Free shipping conditions: Free shipping for orders totaling 8,000 yen or more per delivery address.

*Please note that if the total amount falls below 8,000 yen due to discounts (points, coupons, etc.), free shipping will not apply.
Items that cannot be bundled (umbrellas, drinks, etc.) cannot be purchased together with other products.

Foods with different temperature ranges (frozen/room temperature) cannot be purchased together.
*If you purchase food and miscellaneous goods at the same time, they may be shipped together.
Shipping and consumption tax: The above prices include consumption tax.
Handling of remote islands, etc.: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote islands and some areas.


About Shipping

Delivery will be via Yamato Transport (domestic delivery only).

*If you purchase food and miscellaneous goods at the same time, we may ship them together using refrigerated delivery service.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that are returned due to a long absence.


Delivery times

If no date is specified, we will ship within 3-4 business days after confirming payment.
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery area. The earliest delivery date is two days after the order date.
For details, please check the delivery status using the shipping company's shipping invoice number, which will be listed in the shipping completion email.



Desired delivery date and time

If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please select it when placing your order. The estimated delivery date may change depending on the order status and the timing of payment.
If you have specified a delivery date and time, please make your payment well in advance.

Membership system and membership registration

By registering as a member, you can enjoy more convenient and affordable shopping.


Member points

When you register as a member, you will earn points based on the amount of your purchase (product price).
Accumulated points can be used from your next purchase, with 1 point equaling 1 yen. Points will be awarded after the product is shipped.


Managing membership registration details

Once you register, you will no longer need to enter your email address, shipping address, payment method, etc. You can also change and manage your shipping address and card information.

About points

You will receive 1 point for every 100 yen spent (excluding shipping costs).


Timing of points award

Points will be awarded upon shipment of the product.
Points will be awarded 48 hours after the shipment is completed.


Using points

Points can be used on your next purchase, with 1 point equaling 1 yen.


Points expiration date

Points expire one year from the date of the last point awarded. (Please note that points cannot be exchanged for cash.)

If you cancel or return a purchased item, the points you have earned will be cancelled.
*If your points expire or if any illegal or fraudulent activity is found, all your points will be cancelled. Points will also be cancelled automatically if you cancel your membership.
