Free shipping conditions: If your order total is over 8,000 yen per delivery address, shipping will be free.
*Please note that if the total amount falls below 8,000 yen due to discounts (points, coupons, etc.), free shipping will not apply.
Items that cannot be bundled (room temperature items, umbrellas, beverages) cannot be purchased at the same time as other items.
Shipping and consumption tax: The above prices include consumption tax.
Handling remote islands, etc.: Additional shipping charges may apply to remote islands and some areas.

Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport (domestic delivery only).

*If you purchase food and miscellaneous goods at the same time, we may ship them together using refrigerated delivery service.
Delivery time
If no date is specified, your order will be shipped within 3-4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery area. The earliest delivery date is two days after the order date.
For details, please check the delivery status using the shipping company's waybill number listed in the shipping completion notification email.

If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please select it when placing your order. The estimated delivery date may change depending on the order status and the timing of your payment.

By registering as a member, you can enjoy more convenient and advantageous shopping experience.
Member Points
By registering as a member, you will earn points based on the amount of your purchase (product price).
Accumulated points are equivalent to 1 yen per point and can be used from your next purchase. Points will be awarded after the product is shipped.

About points
You will receive 1 point for every 100 yen you spend (shipping costs excluded).
Timing of points allocation
Points will be awarded upon shipment of the product.
Points will be awarded 48 hours after shipment is completed.
Using points
Points can be used on your next purchase, with 1 point equaling 1 yen.
Points expiration date
The expiration date of points is one year from the date of the last point allocation. (Please note that points cannot be exchanged for cash.)

If you cancel or return a purchased item, any applicable points will be cancelled.
*If the points expire or if any illegal or fraudulent activity is found, all points will be cancelled. Points will also be cancelled automatically if you cancel your membership.
