Add garlic to the umami-packed soy sauce sauce and finish with a charred finish for an addictive taste. It's great as a snack with alcohol, or you can add it to a rice bowl to make your own original char siu donburi. Of course, you can also use it as an ingredient in ramen or tsukemen.
