[Spring Limited Edition] Suzuhiro Kamaboko x AFURI Red Sea Bream Boiled Ramen
Sold out for 2 weeks! A collaboration product with the long-established kamaboko shop, Suzuhiro.
Originally, "Aradaki Ramen" was served as a weekend-only item at ZUND-BAR, the predecessor and main store of AFURI. This product is a self-homage to that. This time, it will be on sale for two weeks as a "Spring Limited" item, and we have selected deep-fried kamaboko from Suzuhiro, a long-established kamaboko store, as the topping.
This red sea bream soup is made by cooking only the head of a red sea bream, which has plenty of meat still attached to it. It is characterized by a rich and powerful seafood soup, which is made by adding stock from white clams and kelp. The oil used is dried shellfish oil, which is made by slowly simmering the aroma of scallops and dried sardines in a rice oil base. Since it is a vegetable oil, it is not heavy and brings out the best of the seafood soup.
The ingredients are as follows.
・Winter melon (soup included)
・Suzuhiro 2 types of fried kama (fluffy shrimp dumplings, four-season tree leaves)
・Five-colored hail
・Special quality green laver
Suzuhiro, a long-established store in Odawara that was founded over 150 years ago, makes products that make the most of the natural flavors of ingredients without using any synthetic seasonings, preservatives, or colorings. This is exactly what AFURI, which promotes, is "safe, secure, and delicious."
Just when it seemed like spring-like weather was continuing, chilly days returned, and we are experiencing days of three cold days and four warm days.
Enjoy the spring-only Suzuhiro Kamaboko x AFURI ramen and stay healthy!
