AFURI New Year's Eve Ramen & Yuzu Salt Ozoni "Second Reservation Bonus" on sale until December 12th
To close out 2021, try AFURI's New Year's Eve ramen.
Thank you very much for all your reservations this year. We recently closed the first round of pre-orders for our "New Year's Eve Ramen" with special bonus items, but due to the overwhelming response, we have started pre-orders for the second round with different bonus items.
A special New Year's ramen that tastes almost like soba noodles, made with AFURI's proud clear chicken soup, a crisp and refreshing soy sauce sauce, and mellow duck oil. It is garnished with grilled green onions, which have become sweeter as the weather gets colder. You can choose from two types of noodles: "extra thin noodles with whole wheat flour" and "extra thin noodles with Japanese pepper." The staff recommends the latter with Japanese pepper. It tastes even more like soba noodles.
The ingredient is roast duck, which is carefully prepared, seasoned only with seaweed salt and black pepper, and then grilled and vacuum-cooked at low temperature.
A mild-tasting Yuzu Shio Ozoni. The soup is made with dashi stock made from bonito flakes, grilled flying fish flakes, kelp, etc., and is finished with refreshing freshly squeezed yuzu juice and yuzu peel. Please enjoy with the cute red and white shiratama mochi and hanafu. Like the ramen, this is a handmade product that does not contain any chemical seasonings, preservatives, or colorings.
Product packaging for "New Year's Eve Ramen & Yuzu Salt Ozoni." Each one is prepared with care. Because this is a time-consuming product, we have limited the quantity and have made it available for pre-order. This is a mail-order only product that cannot be eaten in-store. We will begin shipping the products one by one from the 20th.
[Second Pre-Order Bonus] Bonus 1 until December 12th (Sun): Add another roast duck! Gift
Bonus 2: Rich freshly squeezed yuzu puree gift *One gift will be included with each set as a pre-order bonus.
There are only a few days left in this year. It is getting colder day by day, so please take care of your health.
We hope you have a full stomach and a happy New Year.
We look forward to receiving your orders.
