Spring 2021 is in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. With so much gloomy news, what fun project can we do like ehomaki? The "Ehomen" project started with the idea of ​​creating something that is half aimed at generating buzz. We received more positive feedback than we expected in the first year, so we were able to continue the project this year without any problems.
We (Nagai, Tanabe, Sato) in charge of mail order also wanted to make this into a product at all costs, so we consulted with the head of the development department, but he was reluctant to agree...

This year, in addition to the same giveaways as last year, we also sold it for a limited time, but we received many voices requesting that it be sold in the regular market. After collecting everyone's reviews, talking to the person in charge, and making an internal presentation, we finally made the product "Tears" a reality!

Whether this will become a regular staple item on AFURI's mail order site, or whether it will be sold as a semi-regular for a limited time or in limited quantities, will depend on future sales and reactions to product reviews.

The hugely popular "Eho Noodles" have been made even easier to eat by increasing the amount of sauce and adjusting the noodles to a standard length.

The fragrant noodles, kneaded with yuzu puree, are homemade flat noodles with an irresistible chewy texture!

This soba is served with AFURI's signature salt sauce, mellow aromatic oil, and freshly squeezed yuzu juice. It also contains a generous 70g (per serving) of chunky braised pork slices.

It's simple, yet surprisingly rich in flavor and absolutely delicious!
