Does the ramen sold online taste the same as the one in the restaurant?
We deliver the noodles, soup, and ingredients used in our restaurant, so you can easily enjoy the taste of our restaurant in the comfort of your own home.
How to boil noodles for hot pot products.
If there is not much soup left or you do not want the soup to thicken, we recommend that you parboil the noodles separately before using, or rinse the noodles that have been refrigerated and defrosted in advance under running water before using (to rinse off the flour). Also, the soup will taste better if there is a lot of it. Adjust the amount by adding reserved soup, sauce for adjusting the flavor, hot water, etc.
I'm worried about whether I can make it well.
Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or boiled eggs), you can create a bowl of ramen that is just as good as the one you get at the restaurant! If you even match the ramen bowl to the restaurant's version, it will be an AFURI experience. Try it with confidence.
I'd like to know the trick to boiling noodles properly.
1. Use the noodles frozen.
2. Use plenty of hot water (2 liters or more).
3. Boil each ball as best as possible. (If this is difficult, increase the amount of water as much as possible.)
4. Boil over high heat, but do not allow it to boil over.
*If your pot is small and the amount of hot water is small, we recommend rinsing the frozen noodles quickly with water to remove any flour on the surface before boiling.
I'm worried about allergies.
This information was written in the instruction manual included with the product, but since we have received many questions about this, we have also included it on the pages of each major product. I would like to know information about the product's calorie and salt content.
We have added nutritional information (per serving) to the Ramen/Tsukemen product page. The information shown is based on consuming all of the ramen soup or tsukemen dipping sauce. Please use it as a reference.

■ About orders

Is it okay if the orderer and the shipping address are different?
It's OK. After you enter your shipping address on the shopping cart screen, we recommend that you check " Different from shipping address" in the order information section and then enter your shipping address.
What types of payment methods can I use online?

I'd like it to arrive on a specific date a little further in the future. Is that possible?
Yes, it is possible. You can specify the delivery date and time up to 15 days in advance. Please specify the desired date and time when placing your order.
I accidentally placed multiple orders. Can I combine them?
We can accommodate all payment methods except for some. Please contact us using the inquiry form with your order information.
When will it arrive?
Normally, we ship your order within 2-3 days after receiving your order (and payment).
Can I specify a delivery date and time?
Yes, you can specify this when placing your order. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on your residence and payment timing.
I placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email.
There are two possible reasons. The first is that the email you received ended up in your spam folder. Please check your email screen. The second is that you entered the wrong email address. In this case, you will not receive any emails from the system regarding payments, etc. If you are unsure, please contact us using the inquiry form .
I would like to know the shipping cost.
All ramen and miscellaneous items (excluding umbrellas and room temperature products) are shipped nationwide for a flat rate of 1,000 yen. Shipping is by Kuroneko Yamato's refrigerated delivery service (frozen). We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. In addition, shipping is free for purchases totaling 8,000 yen or more, so we recommend buying in bulk or sharing your purchases.
I'd like to know the tracking number for my package.
A tracking number will be sent to you via email when the product is shipped.
I would like a receipt.

I haven't received an email after placing my order.

Is a delivery note included?
Please be assured that no detailed invoice or delivery note showing the price will be included with the product, even if you are purchasing it as a gift.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
You cannot collect the item at any AFURI store. We will ship the item to your specified address by courier (refrigerated).
I made a mistake with my registration information and would like it corrected.
You can change your registration details on the My Account page.
Do you provide review services?
Customers who leave a review with their thoughts on the product or a message to AFURI will receive a coupon code (15% off) that can be used on your next purchase.
I don't know how to write a review.
You can easily do so by clicking the "Write a review" button at the bottom of each product's details.
Can you provide gift wrapping service?
We will provide simple "Noshi" (gift tag) for gifts. If you wish to have the gift tag inscribed, please write the name of the sender and your preference for the type of "gift tag" in the comments section when placing your order.
