This chicken and seafood soup is a combination of AFURI's proud chicken clear soup and the finest stock made from a large amount of seafood (dried sardines, bonito flakes, grilled flying fish, kelp, etc.). This set includes fragrant freshly squeezed yuzu juice from Kochi Prefecture, allowing you to enjoy a luxurious yuzu salt hotpot.

The filling is specially made chicken meatballs made with fresh minced chicken and cartilage.
It contains plenty of ginger, so it warms your body.

You can also add your favorite ingredients, such as seasonal vegetables, seafood, pork, or chicken, to enjoy your own original yuzu salt hotpot.
