This is a special menu that is only available every year during the hot summer months. Just like the other ramen, the clear chicken soup made with the pure soft water of Mt. Afurisan is used. To add to it is a strong Japanese-style dashi stock made with a large amount of dried sardines, kelp, bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, etc. These are mixed in the perfect ratio and the taste is adjusted with their proud salt sauce.
Just before serving, customers can add the desired amount of freshly squeezed yuzu juice from Kochi Prefecture to complete the dish. It's one of a kind. It's the ultimate summer coolness.
