The noodles are made from two different types of domestic wheat. They are homemade and have an irresistible "smooth and chewy" texture. They are dyed a pale cherry blossom color exclusively for this set.
Also, the " Comes with a kit that allows you to make your own "Sakura version seasoned eggs".
Unlike regular boiled egg sauces, this sauce is made by adding white soy sauce, sake, mirin, etc. to seafood stock. The beautiful cherry blossom color is created using beetroot pigments. Simply boil eggs to your desired hardness at home, place them in a ZIP bag, and leave them overnight...and your special seasoned eggs will look great in photos.
