"Ara-Taki Ramen" was originally offered as a limited-time product at AFURI's main store, ZUND-BAR (Nanazawa, Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture). This time, with the cooperation of Suzuhiro Kamaboko, we have been provided with "black croaker bones" that are left over from the production of kamaboko and are using them in the soup stock. The flesh is used as "kamaboko", the bones as "soup", and the soup residue is then recycled as "compost", making this a masterpiece that makes the most of ocean resources!


This will be an eye-opener for kamaboko shops across the country!

Who would have thought that such a fragrant soup stock could be made from the previously unused heads of the black croaker? This collaboration in the use of secondary ingredients was made possible by a shared desire to "enjoy the life of ingredients." Two types of fried kamaboko exclusively for AFURI

Approximately seven black croakers are used in one kamaboko (260g), which is rich in fish protein. The parts of the fish that are not used in making this delicious kamaboko are used in the ramen soup. Suzuhiro Kamaboko carefully uses black croaker, which excels in the three elements of supple elasticity, meat color, and flavor. Kamaboko is high in protein and contains a good balance of essential amino acids, making it an ideal ingredient that is both delicious and healthy.
