For orders made on or after March 11th, we will be giving away a limited number of samples of our "Aradaki Shio Kake Ramen" (one serving per item for all ramen, tsukemen and hotpot dishes).
An exquisite soup made by carefully simmering fresh fish bones, white clams, and kelp. Finished with shellfish and dried sardine oil that has been infused with the aroma of scallops and dried sardines.
You can add your favorite toppings to it, but we recommend the Kake Ramen with only the bare minimum of condiments as shown in the photo. You can enjoy the deep umami of the fish. This offer will end when stocks run out. Don't miss out!
