Happy New Year! The eventful year of 2020 has come to an end and a new year has arrived.

We were very grateful to receive more orders than we could have ever imagined for the "New Year's Eve Ramen & Yuzu Salt Ozoni Set" when it went on sale in December, so we re-produced it twice. However, we still received many inquiries after it sold out, so we have decided to re-sell only four servings of Duck and Green Onion Soy Sauce Ramen as "New Year's Eve "Ta" Ramen".

The contents are exactly the same, except that the yuzu salt ozōni is not included. The soy sauce ramen is made with rich duck oil and garnished with roasted duck meat and grilled spring onions. You can choose your noodles from extra-thin noodles with whole wheat flour, extra-thin noodles with Japanese pepper, or a mix (2 servings each). The staff's recommendation is the Japanese pepper noodles. The combination of the duck aroma, sharp soy sauce, and the refreshing taste of the Japanese pepper noodles makes you feel like you're eating soba noodles.

In addition to the ingredients that come with it, it goes well with spices such as green onions, mitsuba, and parsley.

This cup is simply delicious, without any theory. How about trying it to start off 2021?
