After preparing the roast duck meat, the skin side is roasted until fragrant, and then it is cooked in a low-temperature vacuum oven. As you can see in the picture, the inside is reddish, but it has been sufficiently cooked, so please rest assured and enjoy it.
To eat, defrost the package in the refrigerator (or under running water if you're in a hurry), then slice thinly with a sharp knife . Thin slices are more delicious than thick slices.
In addition to the onion spices, other condiments such as mitsuba and Japanese parsley also go well with the duck and green onion soy sauce ramen. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy the finale of 2020!
