With the declaration of a state of emergency, people refraining from going out, businesses refraining from doing business, school closures, shortened business hours, remote work, remote classes, lack of exercise... 2020 really seems like a year in which we were at the mercy of the new coronavirus. So, we are wrapping up a year of so many things in 2020. All's well that ends well, but at least we want you to have a fun and delicious time during your last "home time" of the year. With that in mind, we developed this product.
A special New Year's ramen that tastes like soba noodles, made with AFURI's proud clear chicken soup, a refreshing soy sauce sauce, and rich duck oil. The topping is roast duck, which is carefully prepared, seasoned only with seaweed salt and black pepper, and then grilled and vacuum-cooked at low temperature. It is also garnished with grilled green onions, which have become sweeter as the weather gets colder, and are grilled to a fragrant finish. This is a product that cannot be eaten in stores, but is only available online.
A mild-tasting Yuzu Shio Ozoni. The soup is made with dashi stock made from bonito flakes, grilled flying fish flakes, kelp, etc., and is finished with refreshing freshly squeezed yuzu juice and yuzu peel. Please enjoy with the cute red and white shiratama mochi and hanafu. Like the ramen, this is a handmade product that does not contain any chemical seasonings, preservatives, or colorings.
