The exquisite soup is made by slowly simmering fresh red sea bream heads, white clams, and kelp. It is finished with shellfish and dried sardine oil that has been infused with the aroma of scallops and dried sardines. The noodles are AFURI's proud ultra-thin noodles (homemade) made with whole wheat flour.

You can add your favorite toppings, but we recommend the Kake Ramen with only the bare minimum of condiments, as shown in the photo. You can enjoy the rich flavor of the king of fish, red sea bream, at your leisure.
