This seasonal limited edition tsukemen has eye-catching pale pink noodles.
The popular soft and chewy texture of vacuum-kneaded noodles has been dyed cherry blossom pink. The dipping sauce is made with white soy sauce just for this product, which makes the cherry blossom-colored noodles stand out. The umami of seafood, the sweetness of white soy sauce, and the aroma of scallops and dried horse mackerel will whet your appetite.
The main ingredient, chicken char siu, is individually wrapped for each serving. After being seasoned with a special seasoning, it is garnished with cherry blossoms and leaves from Sekiyama Sakura, a cherry tree from Odawara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and then vacuum-cooked at low temperature. When you slice it thinly and eat it, the cherry blossom flavor will fill your mouth.
We also include boiled rape blossoms in salt as a green vegetable. Simply thaw them in a quick hot water bath or in running water/refrigerate them and serve with the noodles to enjoy the beautiful color and spring-like aroma.
