While maintaining the same concept of serving the same taste as in our restaurant, we have put in many efforts to make our dishes delicious for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.
The noodles are AFURI's familiar vacuum hand-kneaded noodles, with a special spicy kick of Japanese pepper. The special dipping sauce, packed with the sharpness of soy sauce and the umami of seafood, is made with different types of chili powder and fresh chili puree. In our stores, you can choose from 9 levels of spiciness from 0 to 8, but this product is set at about level 4 as standard. By adding the "super spicy oil" that comes with the product, you can adjust the spiciness to about level 5 or 6.
