AFURI proposes a new concept of "Tasty, spicy and sour." Karakurenai's completely karakunai ramen.
This soothing bowl of yuzu karako ramen is made by removing all the spicy elements from the ramen and enjoying the clear chicken soup with the refreshing aroma of yuzu. It is made with high-quality seafood stock, white soy sauce with a sweet taste derived from wheat, and fragrant chicken oil. You can choose between extra-thin noodles with Japanese pepper or regular extra-thin noodles with whole wheat flour, depending on your preference.
The toppings are chicken char siu, spinach, and bamboo shoots cooked in dashi stock. Please add spices such as green onions and seasoned eggs to taste. The remaining soup is also perfect for rice porridge. Please give it a try.
