今回の「THE PIONEERS」は、名古屋のY.MARKET BREWINGさんとのコラボ醸造です。
私たちの想い
AFURIが大切にしてきた“余白をつくる柚子の香り”と、Y.MARKET BREWINGが得意とする“レイヤーで設計するホップアロマ”。
両者の思想を重ね、柚子を主張させすぎず、ホップへと自然に移ろう軽やかな香りの流れを表現しました。
味わいを強調するのではなく、飲み心地を整える設計にすることで、シーンを選ばず自然に手が伸びる一杯に仕上げました。
香りの特徴
−柚子の香りがふんわり立ち上がり、やがてライムやレモンピールを思わせる爽やかなホップアロマが感じられます。
−両者の柚子ピューレを1:1でブレンドすることで、それぞれの個性が重なり合う、軽やかで立体的な香りを実現しました。
味わいの特徴
−ホップと柚子の風味に、穏やかな酵母のニュアンスが重なり、アルコール感と苦味を抑えた軽やかな飲み口に仕上げました。
−クリアで軽やかな飲み口は食事にも合わせやすく、余白を感じさせるクリーンな余韻がすっと続きます。

■ About the product
We deliver the noodles, soup, and ingredients used in our restaurant, so you can easily enjoy the taste of our restaurant in the comfort of your own home.
This information was written in the instruction manual included with the product, but since we have received many questions about this, we have also included it on the pages of each major product. If you require more information, such as about contamination, please contact us using the CONTACT form .
Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or boiled eggs), you can create a bowl of ramen that is just as good as the one you get at the restaurant! If you even match the ramen bowl to the restaurant's version, it will be an AFURI experience. Try it with confidence.
■ About orders
Due to the specifications of AmazonPay, the [Shipping Address] in the order confirmation email may be the same as the [Billing Address].
