These are kneaded in a vacuum mixer and then kneaded by hand to create AFURI's special "vacuum hand-kneaded noodles." The smooth and chewy texture is perfect for ramen and tsukemen.

▼How to eat・For ramenBoil in plenty of boiling water. The recommended boiling time is 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
・For tsukemen, boil them in plenty of water, just like ramen. The approximate boiling time is It takes 4 minutes 30 seconds to 5 minutes 30 seconds. Once boiled, drain in a colander and rinse thoroughly under running water to remove any slime. Depending on your preference, you can finish by rinsing in ice water to make the noodles firmer.
