The duck meat is carefully prepared, seasoned simply with seaweed salt and black pepper, and then baked and vacuum-cooked at low temperature to create roast duck. The luxurious flavor is perfect for entertaining on special occasions. Please enjoy the moist and tender duck meat.

All the pieces are individually wrapped, so you can eat as much as you need, when you need it. It's great for a luxurious assortment for the family, or as a side dish for one or two people with alcohol.

▼How to eat

1 Grilled pork (1 piece x 3 bags)
2 pieces of braised pork (70g x 3 bags)
3. Fatty pork (60g x 3 bags)
4. Scorched Hajikko Char Siu (120g x 3 bags)

For the above four items, place them in a hot water bath or container, cover with plastic wrap, and then heat them in the microwave before eating. The center of the braised pork fillet/scorched pork fillet tends to remain cold, so it's easier to warm it up if you break it apart halfway through. Also, please be careful not to heat it too much, as the meat will shrink and become hard. If you like, you can enjoy it with the included "fried pork fillet sauce" to adjust the flavor.

It is cooked at low temperature in a vacuum oven to keep it moist. Thaw it in the refrigerator, or if you are in a hurry, thaw it under running water, then slice it thinly with a sharp knife and enjoy.
