【noodles】
These extra-thin noodles are based on wheat flour, which has strong elasticity and stickiness and is resistant to stretching when boiled, and are made using two types of whole wheat flour with different particle sizes.
This special dried noodle was created after repeated trial and error, with a unique blend that cannot be found anywhere else.

【soup】
We use almost no artificial seasonings and use carefully selected ingredients such as chicken bones, aromatic vegetables, kelp, and dried sardines in abundance to bring out the best in the ingredients. Please enjoy the clear, golden soup with a deep flavor created by the layers of high-quality ingredients.

▼How to make delicious ramen①Put plenty of water in a pot and put it on the fire. When it boils, add the noodles and boil them to your desired hardness. (You can loosen the noodles with chopsticks halfway through.)
Hard: 2 minutes / Basic: 2 minutes 30 seconds

2. Put the soup provided into a bowl, add 270ml of boiling water, and mix well.

3. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them using a colander, transfer them to a bowl, and top with yuzu peel to serve.

★You can add roasted pork, boiled egg, mizuna, seaweed, etc. to your liking to make it even more delicious!

Noodles
These thin, delicate noodles are made from two types of whole wheat flour with different textures, giving them a firm, resilient bite and resistance to overcooking. Our special dry noodles have a unique blend that you won't find anywhere else, perfected through countless trials.

Soup
With minimal use of artificial seasonings, the soup is made with premium ingredients such as chicken bones, aromatic vegetables, kombu, and dried fish, extracting the maximum potential from each component. Despite its golden clarity, this broth is rich and deeply flavorful thanks to the quality ingredients used.

Toppings
We use finely cut yuzu peel from domestic sources. Yuzu is one of AFURI's signature ingredients, and we take great care in selecting the peel's texture and portion size for each serving.

Cooking Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the noodles, and cook to your desired firmness (loosen the noodles with chopsticks as they cook).

• Firm: 2 minutes / Standard: 2 minutes 30 seconds

2. While the noodles are cooking, mix the included soup packet with 270ml of boiling water in a bowl.
3. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and place them in the bowl with the soup. Garnish with the included yuzu peel and enjoy!
   Optional: Add chashu pork, boiled eggs, mizuna greens, or seaweed for an even richer experience!
