"Yuzu Soy Sauce Ramen" features the triple combination of the aromas of chicken, seafood, and soy sauce. The base soup, like that of Yuzu Shio Ramen, is a clear chicken broth made with fresh ingredients, brewed with water, and carefully skimmed off any scum.

Our proud soy sauce sauce is made by combining rich, flavorful tamari, luxurious re-brewed soy sauce, fragrant raw soy sauce, and fish sauce, with a subtle hint of ginger.

As with AFURI physical stores, customers can choose from two types of noodles: "extra thin noodles made with whole wheat flour" and "vacuum hand-kneaded noodles."

Extra thin whole wheat noodles :
The original recipe is based on wheat flour, which has strong elasticity and stickiness and is resistant to stretching when boiled, and two types of whole wheat flour with different grain sizes, plus rye. Homemade noodles made using a No. 24 cutting blade.

Vacuum hand-kneaded noodles :
In addition to two types of domestic wheat with different characteristics, nutritious whole wheat flour is mixed and kneaded in a vacuum mixer, then hand-kneaded to give it a smooth and chewy texture.

The ingredients include thick and juicy roasted pork, specially made bamboo shoots (thinly sliced ​​bamboo shoots simmered in a sweet and spicy sauce), and premium nori sheets. You can also add mizuna (potherb mustard greens) or boiled eggs to taste.

▼How to eat (delicious recipe included)
1. Boil plenty of water in a pot and heat the soup pack for 10 minutes and the ingredient pack for 1 minute.

② In another pot, bring plenty of water to a boil and add the noodles. Once the noodles have naturally loosened, use chopsticks to spread them apart and continue to boil on high heat for 1 to 1.5 minutes (2.5 to 3 minutes for vacuum-kneaded noodles) until they are cooked to your desired firmness.

3) Pour the soup into a pre-heated bowl.

④ Thoroughly drain the boiled noodles using a colander with a handle.

5. Place the noodles in the soup and arrange them with chopsticks, then pour 1 teaspoon of yuzu juice over them.
