Yuzu spicy red ramen (3 servings)

AFURI's proud chicken clear soup is seasoned with a rich, umami-filled white soy sauce, and the dish expresses a deep spiciness with different characteristics of spiciness, such as several types of chili powder, fresh chili puree, and aromatic chili oil. For the sourness of "Tasty Spicy Sour", freshly squeezed yuzu juice from Kochi Prefecture is used.

Extra-thin noodles with "Japanese pepper":
The noodles are made from wheat flour, which has a strong elasticity and stickiness and is resistant to stretching when boiled, and are cut into very thin noodles using No. 24 milling, with the addition of Hana Sansho and Japanese Sansho pepper. You can enjoy the refreshing aroma and tingling sensation of Sansho pepper as you slurp.

"With Japanese pepper" Vacuum hand-kneaded noodles:
Two types of domestic wheat with different characteristics are mixed with durum flour and kneaded in a vacuum mixer. The special noodles are hand-kneaded with added Hana Sansho and Japanese Sansho pepper, giving them a refreshing tangy flavor and a smooth, chewy texture.

The spiciness level is about level 4 on the restaurant's level scale (0-8). If you add the extra hot chili oil that comes with the ramen, you can adjust the spiciness to level 5-6.

▼How to eat (delicious recipe included)
(Preparation) Fill a bowl with boiling water to warm it up. Thaw the yuzu juice in advance under running water or in the refrigerator, then float it in the water to warm it up.

1. Boil plenty of water in a pot and heat the soup pack for about 10 minutes.

② In another pot, bring plenty of water to a boil and add the noodles. Once the noodles have naturally loosened, use chopsticks to spread them apart and continue to boil on high heat for 1 to 1.5 minutes (2.5 to 3 minutes for vacuum-kneaded noodles with Japanese pepper) until cooked to your desired firmness.

③ Discard the water from the bowl and add 1 tablespoon (about 6g) of spicy red powder, then pour in the soup heated in ① and mix. Next, drain the boiled noodles thoroughly using a colander with a handle and place them in a bowl.

4. After arranging the noodles with chopsticks, shake the warm yuzu juice well and pour in one bottle (15cc). Finally, add spicy chili oil to taste and it's done.
