This ramen is a soothing bowl of clear chicken soup with the refreshing aroma of yuzu, with all the spiciness removed from the spicy ramen. It is made with high-quality dashi, white soy sauce with a sweet taste derived from wheat, and fragrant chicken oil. You can choose between extra-thin noodles with Japanese pepper or regular extra-thin noodles with whole wheat flour, depending on your preference.

▼How to eat (delicious recipe included)
1. Boil plenty of water in a pot and heat the soup pack for 10 minutes and the ingredient pack for 1 minute.
② Boil plenty of water in another pot as well and add the noodles. When the noodles begin to loosen up naturally, spread them out with chopsticks and boil over high heat for 1 to 1.5 minutes to your desired firmness.
3) Pour the soup into a pre-heated bowl.
④ Drain the boiled noodles thoroughly using a colander with a handle.
5. Place the noodles in the soup and arrange them with chopsticks, then pour 1 teaspoon of yuzu juice over them.
⑥Once you've finished arranging the ingredients, it's done!

We deliver the noodles, soup, and ingredients used in our restaurant, so you can easily enjoy the taste of our restaurant in the comfort of your own home.

Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or boiled eggs), you can create a bowl of ramen that is just as good as the one you get at the restaurant!
