<New Year's Eve Ramen & Yuzu Salt Ozoni Set>
For those who want to spend quality time with AFURI on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

A special New Year's ramen that tastes like soba noodles, made with AFURI's proud clear chicken soup, a refreshing soy sauce sauce, and rich duck oil. The ingredients include carefully prepared duck meat, seasoned only with seaweed salt and black pepper, and roasted and vacuum-cooked at low temperature. It is also garnished with grilled green onions, which have become sweeter as the weather gets colder, and are grilled to give them a fragrant finish.

If you like, sprinkle the dried yuzu peel that comes with the package on top before serving. If you like spicy food, we also recommend the optional "All-Purpose Spicy Miso (Yuzu Spicy Red Sauce)."

You can choose from two types of noodles: "Extra thin noodles with whole wheat flour" and "Extra thin noodles with Japanese pepper." The staff recommends the latter, with Japanese pepper. It tastes even more like soba noodles. If you choose "Mix," you will receive two servings of each.

Yuzu Shio Ozoni The soup is made with dashi stock made from bonito flakes, grilled flying fish flakes, kelp, etc., and is finished with refreshing freshly squeezed yuzu juice and yuzu peel. Please enjoy with the cute red and white shiratama mochi and hanafu. Like the ramen, this is a handmade product that does not contain any chemical seasonings, preservatives, or colorings.
