This is the basic ramen noodle that is also used in AFURI Shinko's physical stores. It is homemade. It is made from wheat flour, which has a strong elasticity and stickiness and is resistant to stretching when boiled, and is cut into extremely thin noodles using No. 24 cutting method, with the addition of Hana Sansho and Japanese Sansho. Please enjoy the refreshing aroma and tingling sensation of Sansho as you slurp.
It can be enjoyed as a replacement for ramen, or as a regular bowl of soba noodles.

▼How to eat: Boil in plenty of boiling water. The recommended boiling time is 1 to 1.5 minutes.

We deliver the noodles, soup, and ingredients used in our restaurant, so you can easily enjoy the taste of our restaurant in the comfort of your own home.

Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or boiled eggs), you can create a bowl of ramen that is just as good as the one you get at the restaurant!
