【麺】
力強い弾力と粘り、茹で伸び耐性のある小麦粉をベースに、粒度の異なる2種類の全粒粉を使用した極細麺。
何度も試作を重ねた上で完成した、他では真似できない独自の配合を施した特別な乾麺です。 　

【スープ】
・食欲を誘う香りと刺激
豆板醤ベースに、赤唐辛子を加えた鮮烈な刺激が口いっぱいに広がります。
力強い辛さとコクのある旨味は、一度食べたらやみつきになる美味しさです。

・魚介だしの多層的な旨味
さば節、鰹節、焼きあご、昆布等を絶妙に組み合わせることで、多層的で奥行きのある旨味を実現しています。

▼美味しいらーめんの作り方
①鍋にたっぷりの水を入れて火にかけ、沸騰したら麺を入れ、お好みのかたさに茹でてください。（途中、お箸でほぐしてください）
かため：2分／基本：2分30秒

②丼に付属のスープを入れ、沸騰したお湯を270ml注ぎ、よく混ぜておきます。

③麺が茹であがりましたら、ザルなどで湯切りし、丼に盛り付け、仕上げに柚子皮をトッピングしてお召し上がりください。

★お好みでチャーシューや煮玉子、水菜、海苔などを加えると、より美味しくお召し上がりいただけます！

Noodles
Crafted with two types of whole wheat flour of different textures, these thin noodles have a firm bite and excellent resistance to overcooking. Specially developed through countless trials, they deliver a texture and flavor you won’t find anywhere else.

Soup
・Bold Spiciness & Depth
A base of rich doubanjiang (chili bean paste) blended with red chili peppers for a powerful yet balanced heat. The robust umami makes this soup truly irresistible.

・Layered Umami from Seafood
Dried mackerel, bonito flakes, roasted flying fish, and kelp are carefully combined to create a multi-dimensional, lingering umami.

・Bright Aroma of Yuzu
Fresh yuzu juice softens the chili heat with a citrusy brightness, making each spoonful refreshing and addictive.

Toppings
Finely cut domestic yuzu peel — one of AFURI’s signature ingredients — adds a fragrant finishing touch. The peel’s cut size and amount are carefully selected for each serving.

Cooking Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the noodles, and cook to your desired firmness (loosen the noodles with chopsticks as they cook).

• Firm: 2 minutes / Standard: 2 minutes 30 seconds

2. While the noodles are cooking, mix the included soup packet with 270ml of boiling water in a bowl.
3. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and place them in the bowl with the soup. Garnish with the included yuzu peel and enjoy!
   Optional: Add chashu pork, boiled eggs, mizuna greens, or seaweed for an even richer experience!
