This is a mild bamboo shoot used as an ingredient in AFURI Karakou's "Yuzu White Soy Sauce Ramen."
This original AFURI Karakou flavor takes three days to make, from salt removal to seasoning. It is carefully cooked using seafood stock, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, etc.
It has a crunchy texture and a rich dashi flavor, making it the perfect topping for ramen or tsukemen. You can serve it on rice as shown in the photo, or just eat it as a snack. It's not spicy at all, so even children can eat it with peace of mind.
Three bags of 100g. Enjoy in a variety of ways.

If you want to warm it up, we recommend transferring it to a small plate and placing it in the microwave.

We deliver the noodles, soup, and ingredients used in our restaurant, so you can easily enjoy the taste of our restaurant in the comfort of your own home.
