This is a set of spicy items that are the source of the spiciness of Karakou Ramen. You can of course increase the spiciness of Karakou Ramen to your liking, but you can also use it to change other ramen/tsukemen to your own original spicy taste! There is a generous amount of each item, so if you have any left over, you can use it in your cooking at home!
・Spicy Red Powder This is a bright red powder made by blending several types of chili powder, Japanese pepper, ginger, etc. It dyes soups and sauces red and adds a spicy flavor and the unique umami taste of chili peppers.
・Yuzu spicy red sauce (Yuzu karakurenaijan)
This is a special spicy miso made by Karakou. It is not just spicy, but also has sweetness, bitterness, umami from the miso and garlic, and the flavor of yuzu, all of which have been matured.
・Super spicy thick chili oil This is made by finely grinding the by-products (chili powder, fried onions, and garlic) that are produced when making super spicy chili oil and mixing them into chili oil. Please enjoy the rich aroma of burnt aromatic vegetables and the stimulating spiciness.
・Jolokia powder (bonus)
This is a fine powder of the well-known super-hot chili pepper, Bhut Jolokia. A small amount is extremely hot, so it's great when you want to add some spiciness without changing the taste. *Please be careful when handling this product as it can be very dangerous if it gets into your eyes or nose.

If stored frozen (-18℃ or below), it will last for 90 days from the date of manufacture.

＜How to use＞
Add an appropriate amount to your favorite ramen/tsukemen and enjoy.
Add it to yuzu salt ramen... it becomes yuzu spicy salt ramen!
If you pour it over the noodles of Yuzuro Tsukemen or add it to the sauce, it becomes Yuzu Spicy Tsukemen!
Of course, you can also use it to increase the spiciness of Karakou Ramen and Kararo Tsukemen.
<Caution>
The bonus "Jolokia Powder" is very spicy. When using, try it little by little. Also, be careful not to let it get in your eyes, nose, etc.

We deliver the noodles, soup, and ingredients used in our restaurant, so you can easily enjoy the taste of our restaurant in the comfort of your own home.
