AFURI's secret spice blend is a total of 12 types of spices.
It looks like curry, but it's a little different.

If stored frozen (-18℃ or below), it will last for 90 days from the date of manufacture.
Please consume as soon as possible after opening.
As a rough guide, powdered spices last 1-2 years, and whole spices last 2-3 years. If you are buying a large amount at once, it may be a hassle, but buying whole spices and grinding them each time you use them will help the spices last longer than buying powdered spices.
1-2 After opening, use within 6 months
Spices come into contact with air immediately after opening, so their aroma and flavor will gradually deteriorate. Powdered spices in particular have a large surface area exposed to air, so they deteriorate very quickly. Also, be careful as some spices may harden depending on the type and shape. Therefore, it is recommended to use them up within about six months after opening.
Storage Method: Refrigerate (below 10℃)
Use a desiccant or store in a resealable zippered bag or tightly sealed container in a cool, dark place.

Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles.
