The soup stock is made with plenty of carefully selected ingredients such as fresh chicken bones, aromatic vegetables, kelp, dried sardines, and dried fish (bonito flakes, dried round cucumber flakes, dried mackerel flakes, etc.), and is carefully made to condense the flavor over time and effort.The special dipping sauce, which is made with three types of sharp soy sauce, fish sauce, black vinegar, and aromatic oil, gives it a deep flavor and appetizing taste, and is an AFURI original flavor.
The Yuzuro is made with fragrant freshly squeezed yuzu juice. The Kararo is made with special chili oil and the noodles are sprinkled with chili powder. Both are served cold (both the noodles and the dipping sauce are cold), which is the AFURI style.
The noodles are made from two different types of domestic wheat with different characteristics, as well as nutritious whole wheat flour. They are kneaded in a vacuum mixer and then kneaded by hand, making them the same "vacuum hand-kneaded noodles" that are served in stores.
The ingredients are the same as those in the restaurant, including plenty of juicy braised pork, specially made bamboo shoots (thinly sliced bamboo shoots simmered in a sweet and spicy sauce), and extra-finely chopped nori seaweed. You can also add mizuna (potherb mustard greens) or boiled eggs to taste.

1) Thaw the dipping sauce under running water (about 10 minutes). This will go faster if you rub it lightly halfway through.
② Heat the braised pork and bamboo shoots in a hot water bath for about 3 minutes. (You can also transfer them to a container and use the microwave.)
③ Boil the noodles in plenty of water. ※On high heat. 4 minutes 30 seconds to 5 minutes 30 seconds
4. Pour the dipping sauce into a bowl and add 1 teaspoon each of the toppings and yuzu juice (only for Yuzu Tsuyu).
5. Rinse the noodles under running water to remove any slime and drain.
⑥ Place the noodles and ingredients in a bowl and it's done!
In addition to the ingredients that come with it, we also recommend mizuna, boiled eggs, and chopped green onions.
<If serving with hot sauce>
Heat the dipping sauce made in step ① in a boiling water bath for about 5 minutes.
<When using hot noodles>
In step 3, boil the noodles for 4 minutes or more. After boiling for about 4 minutes and 30 seconds ,
Rinse under running water to remove any slime, then return to the boiling water and heat for 10 seconds before serving.
*If you sprinkle a little vegetable oil that you have at home on the noodles, they will not stick together easily.

Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles.
